What can I do if ink does not dry at one side?
1.Please make sure that you have open the UV light. 2.Please check whether you have set auxillary line when you print pictures.If you do not know,there are video in USB key or contact us. .
What can I do if printer do not print when I click print?
1. Please check the connection between the printer and computer. 2.Tray need push to the bottom. 3.the button on printer back place is on"1"
